TERMS OF SERVICE

GridSigma provides web design, web development, brand identity, e-commerce, and digital strategy services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate Project Proposal or Statement of Work agreed upon by both parties.

Standard projects require a 50% deposit before work commences, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion before final delivery. Enterprise projects may follow milestone-based billing as specified in the project agreement. We accept payment in USD and JMD. Late payments beyond 14 days may incur a 2% monthly fee.

Upon receipt of final payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom-designed assets and source code developed specifically for their project. GridSigma retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets remain subject to their original licences.

Each project tier includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the project proposal. Revisions are changes to existing approved designs — not new features or scope additions. Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines. GridSigma is not responsible for delays arising from client inaction.

GridSigma warrants that all work is performed with professional care and skill. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
